Baking cakes for my kids’ birthdays is becoming an annual tradition and I seem to be biting off more than I can chew each year. I was instructed that Will’s 4th birthday cake had to have spiderman, superman, batman and lego spiderman, so that’s what I created.
Decorations on the cake and spiderman lego man were made out of fondant, capes and all, and the cake was iced with buttercream.
The three tiered creation is the largest cake I’ve made so far. We were eating cake for weeks after. Worth it!
